No, this man is not a current justice on Indonesia’s Constitutional Court

This misleading post with a link to a news report by Indonesian news site Kompas was published on May 19, 2019. The Facebook post's Indonesian language caption translates to English as: “No wonder BPN is pessimistic because the MK justice himself has issued a statement like this one. Hamdan Zoelva: The amount of evidence of fraud is not a factor to win a case at MK.”
It has been shared more than 200 times after being shared in a group with more than 200,000 members.

Hamdan Zoelva, a prominent legal expert in Indonesia, is the man pictured in the misleading post. This is his personal Twitter account. This is his profile on the Constitutional Court’s website, which states his term as chief justice ended in 2015.
In the misleading Facebook post, “BPN” refers to the election campaign team of Prabowo Subianto, a presidential candidate in Indonesia’s April 17, 2019, polls. He lost the election to incumbent Joko Widodo, according to final results announced May 21, 2019. Here is an AFP report about the polls.
Subianto and his campaign team submitted their legal challenge at the Constitutional Court in the late evening of May 24, 2019, according to this BBC Indonesia report.

The misleading posts show this article by Indonesian news site Kompas, published on May 17, 2019.
The article translates to English as: “Hamdan Zoelva: The amount of evidence of fraud is not a factor to win a case at MK.”
The Kompas article’s first paragraph translates to English as; “Former Constitutional Court (MK) Chief Justice Hamdan Zoelva said that in challenging election results at MK, the amount of evidence brought by a plaintiff is not a key factor to win a case. Rather, it’s the relevance and significance of the evidence that could change election results.”
