The photo was published in this Facebook post on June 25, 2019, and it has been shared more than two thousand times.
It shows Amitabh Bachchan carrying a body wrapped in sheets alongside his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan.
The post’s caption states: “Servant who worked for 40years in Amitabh's house passed away yesterday. His body is carried by both Amitabh (Super Star Bollywood) & Abhishek ... money isn't everything...few people stand for human values.”

The claim is misleading; the photo actually shows the funeral for Bachchan’s manager, Sheetal Jain, who died in June 2019.
The same photo was published on Amitabh Bachchan’s blog here on June 8, 2019.
The blog states in part: “He carried the burden of my work for almost 40 years .. gentle, diligent, humble and the picture of sincerity and honesty .. today I carried him to his last journey ..
“Sheetal Jain my Manager, Secretary through thick and thin , passed away this morning after a short but severe battle in Hospital .. and flashes of his association through these 40 years , as a member of the family swept by ..”
