According to the Pocket-Oz travel website: “Redfern, an inner-city suburb of Sydney, is located 3 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district”.

The claim is false; the video in fact shows the Italian coastal village of Portofino, a popular tourist destination located southeast of the city of Genoa.
A reverse image search of a screenshot of the footage found these similar images described as taken at the Portofino harbour.
