The claim, however, is false.

A reverse image search on Yandex followed by keyword searches found the original video posted here by an official channel run by Guangxi TV on Chinese video-sharing platform Xigua Video on September 27, 2019.

The Chinese-language title translates to English as: "2019 Dadi Feige Indonesian singer Zeng Huilan sings 'Bengawan Solo'."

Dadi Feige is an annual gala for the Nanning International Folk Song Arts Festival, which is held in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi, an autonomous region in southern China.

Zeng Huilan is the Chinese name of Indonesian singer Esther Helen.
